MY INTERNSHIP
"I'm Going to Disneyland!"
When I received the news that I was accepted into the Disneyland College Program I was instantly elated. I have loved Disney for as long a I can remember and had only ever been to the parks once when I was quite young. So you can imagine how happy I was when I found out that I had the opportunity to work there.
The Disneyland college program in Anaheim California, is a special experience. I moved in with Disney in California at the end of August and stayed through the end of December.
I had the opportunity to not only work in the park, I also was able to network and attend different seminar and experiences through the program. This was great for making connections and finding what you may want to do in the company or even just a career in general.
I found this experience to be one of the best I have ever had. I made life long friends, as well as learned and grew as a professional. I had such a swell time.
