Disneyland Cast Member Sales & Visual Display Lead #3 

Disneyland Resort and Spa, Anaheim CA, 2019 - 2020

I worked along side my fellow cast members in the Adventure land and Frontier land locations in the Disneyland parks, to create magical moments as well as help find specific items for our guests. I help the sales team keep the store clean and organized while also helping guest find what they are looking for. I also had the amazing opportunity to work with the visual team creating visual displays for all the stores in my location.

Forever 21, Bellevue WA, 2018

I worked in the fitting rooms, on the sales floor, in the stock room, with the visual team, and at the register. I helped keep each themed room organized and with the correct merchandise in each section. I supervised the fitting rooms and organized garments that customers where not interested in purchasing. I also helped with creating visual displays around the store. I worked the sales floor and made sure clothing from the fitting room made its way back onto the sales floor. I was also cashier trained and helped check customers out. I was also a key holder.

I helped with cashiering at Lion's Rock Café, I also made sure to help should anyone at my station needed help. I help with customer service and making sure that customers pay the right amount for their food.

I worked as an sales associate, a assistant manager, and a key holder. I helped keep the store clean and organized as well as help customers find the supplies they were looking for. I was also trained in helping create custom frames for customers using the Aaron Bother Custom framing software. I opened and closed the store, often by myself. I also helped with visual displays for the store and often reorganized sections to help store flow.
